Responsibilities

o To ensure preventive maintenance of all power environmental and safety equipment like Diesel Generators along with Allied System (LT, HT, ATS, MOR, Grounding System, HVACs FSS system on core site with in time limit as per standard and smoothly core network operation.
o 24/7 team availability on core site for support of WO execution of all activities, Monitoring of system entities. Handling of any CM activity
o Load analyses of all power (AC/DC) system and HVACs. Optimization of load according to the wither changes and timely inform to the concern deportment for load enhancement of system up gradation according to the new expansion
o Technical evaluation of vendors and support for non-Telco consumable parts requirement.
o Scheduled audit of all power and environmental equipment on core site and timely engage to vendor if any abnormality and highlight the same to HQ for timely support/ deeply engage with vendor to rectification/testing and verification of replaceable parts
o MS Vendor Management for the availability of their teams 24x7, FLM rectification within SLA times



Worked as a Power Engineer HRSG on CMPAK (ZONG) Project since Feb-2011 to Aug 2020

Responsibilities

o Operations Maintenance of AC/DC power systems for all core network elements as per best industrial practices and scheduled maintenance procedures of AC/DC power systems.

o Battery Health Check of Battery on every PM and Verifying battery cell and battery bank health through battery Analyzer and Digital dummy load tester (Core sites and BTS sites battery testing).
o Operations Maintenance of DC Systems Rectifiers, Standby Power Health Check PM/CM.
o O M of Critical Issues of Core Rectifiers system.
o O M of Genset (65-1000KVA) escalates the issues and get resolve from Vendor.
o FSS Health Checking on PM with vendor and attend any CM issue during working of system.
o CRAC OM monthly PM and CM during operation, Organize new installation and maintain SLA for services
o Main Power Health Check (CP HT,LT Genset)
o Plan initiate Work order of routine and quarterly PM/CM Precision HVAC, Genset and FSS of core sites.
o Support the sites regarding Genset issue, evaluate the overhauling Vendors and manage throughout Overhauling of Genset Testing, Acceptance, and Deployment on site).
o Manage all Work Order for installation, PM, CM at Core site Regarding AC DC Power.
o Co-ordinates with DG, FSS, Aircon for Resolution of all Issues.
o Bring together for all Power up Requirement (AC DC) Regarding New installation of BSC, MSC, IT, TXN, VAS, IP Core, NSS, Server racks.
o Ensure fluent running of Core sites External alarm.
o Monitoring escalation of core sites external alarms and support other regions as well.
o Hands experience on ELTEK Smart Pack. ELTEK Power Pack , ELTEK Flat Pack Rectifiers ZTE ZXDU 3000, ZXDU 300, ZXDU 58/68
o Managing alarms of Fire suppression System (FSS) at site and NMC end.

PAKTEL Project
o Installation and commissioning of ZXG10 BTS sites in Punjab
o Done the Installation of Rectifier, Battery Bank also power up them
o Clumping of R.F cables, commissioning of tower work, checking and tilting of antennas and swapping of RF cables
o HAT/PAT and other acceptance reports handling
o Hands on experience of using Watt meter, Site master

CMPAK (ZONG) Project

o Supervise the Sub-Contractors for the Installation of BTS Sites in Central region.
o Check the BTS, Rectifier, Battery bank Installation work of Sub-Cons.
o Responsible for All the Installation of BSC, and MSC including BSC Racks, MSC rack, s, DDF. E-1 testing and patching from BSC to BTS sites
o Responsible for Removing all the Problems, Related to BTS (Power, Media)Of Central Region Sites, Also Supervise the Sub-contractors to resolve the Problems
o Also Solve the Problems of MSC BSC Related to Power System of CMPAK in Central Region.
o Installation of ADM/DWDM/SDH power up of system and connectivity through fibers LC-LC,SC-LC,SC-FC,FC-FC to ODF




POWER SYSTEM

o Installation and maintenance of ZTE DC Power System Rectifiers.
o ZXDU45, ZXDU300, ZXDU68, ZXDU58, ZXD 3000 and Batteries 100AH to 2000AH
o Perform the Battery discharging tests in Central Region Sites (BTS Sites, BSC, and MSC)
o Supervise the Sub-Contractors for the Installation of ZXD3000 power System in BSC, MSC of Central region.
o Also Done the PAT of These Power Systems Including the Discharging Test of 2000Ah battery Banks.
o Co-ordination with Vendor ELTEK for Health Check, Parameter setting Quarterly PM and CM of FLAT PACK and POWER PACK rectifier system.
o Troubleshooting of FLAT PACK Rectifier.

PTCL Projects

OFAN (Optical Fiber Access Network)

o Supervise the Sub-Contractors
o Installation and maintenance work of ONU (Optical Network Units)
o Power up the Rectifier and Batteries.
o Installation of OLT (Optical Line Terminal) for main control for Access Network.
o Laying of optical fiber patch cords(LC-FC-SC)

BCC (Billing Customer care Center

o Rack Installation (IBM Server Racks, and ZXDU300), Battery Bank Installation, Power Wiring, Ducting, Runways making, Making and Mounting DDF and MDF, LAN and Voice cabling.
o Complete Installation of BCC calls canter and maintaining the hardware


PROFESSIONSL TRAINING

o International Power Training of ZXDU 3000 ZXDU 600, ZXD- DP15, ZXDU 58, ZXDU 68 Power Systems in Shenzhen China (1 Month Duration).

o Attend Telecom Power work shop form EXUBERANT Group Islamabad.CM-Pak HQ.

o Participated in a DIESEL Generator Familiarization and Orientation Course at GREAVES PAKISTAN Karachi 26April-2014
