-HPLC (Dionex, SHIMADZU)
-Conduct chemical analysis of semifinished products including lozenges,syrup,granules and tablets. Prepare analytical reports on SAP (result recording work list) and status label.
-Perform periodical internal calibration maintain record up to date of instruments used in quality control.

Instrumentation Handling ....including:
-GC
-HPLC (Shimadzu 2005)
-Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (Hitachi)
-UV spectrometer
-Rotary Evaporator

*Have to update data records of received and issued material.
*Have to inform details of working reports to Head of Depart and other senior officials through Email.
*Wind extra dyed tape through winding machine.
*Check return tape from Chain depart via stock inquiry software(waves).
*Dyed tape which is not in stock despose to scrap.
*Carefully checking of tape tags boxes by color,type,weight,length & other measurements, releasing from dying depart.
*Make sure presence myself in any issue related to production restrictions.
*Update record for received materials by quantity, color, type, pr number & location wise.
*Update whole stock location wise, for external as well as internal audit respectively.
*Issuuing of Japan Machinery Parts to production depart from parts control room.
*Update inventories /invoices.
