1. Check the balance of accounts of assigned clients.
2. Recover the amount from third-party insurance and update it into the system.
3. Call to clients who have outstanding amounts and ask them to pay and sent them their outstanding details.
4. Receive the voucher from the claim department and update them into the system.
5. Prepare the daily report of all payments which recovered from clients.
6. Prepare the outstanding payment report and transfer it to the manager.
7. Make the call to all the clients and send them emails for the recovery of payment.
8. Call the third party insurances for follow up of payment on behalf of clients.
9. Provide all credentials which third party insurance required for payments.
10. Prepare the Payment letter for clients whose payment is pending above one month.
