·         Regularly attend key stakeholder meetings and be part of the technical working groups and relevant platforms to ensure Alight representation and feedback related to response, preparedness plans and strategies;
 
Project development, implementation, Monitoring
·         Stakeholder analysis for flood response including donor mapping, resource mobilization and outreach plan development and implementation including managing institutional and bilateral donors & UN agencies  
·         Lead implementing partner vetting and due diligence process in line with Alight’s policies and standards and support collaborative risk management and project design.  
·         Liaise regularly with country management to identify funding priorities and match them to available opportunities, partners, work with country teams to ensure Alight is well positioned to apply for funding opportunities through profiling, engagement with donor’s consortium scoping. 
·         Lead and facilitate project identification activities including, project needs assessment, selection of the new project location, prepare Terms of References (TORs), plan and organise for further scoping, in collaboration with the Regional Director to confirm the new area’s needs and potentials for development.

Scope of the Role:

 Field test M & E tools with project staff and modify as necessary with close coordination of Project Coordinator and program Manager
 Conduct regular M & E visit to field, collect data with the help of Field Officer and assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly report to Head Office and donors
 Develop midterm review and final evaluation methodology, and assist with or lead project evaluations

Infrastructure
 Social organization for smooth implementation of community infrastructure schemes
 To support project engineer in implementation of community infrastructure schemes
 Conduction of training regarding documentation of CPI’s for community
 Monitoring and evaluation of the activities

CBNRM
 Arrangement of capacity building events for community in agriculture, horticulture and other CBNRM activities
 Provision of CBNRM inputs to community

Livestock Management
 Arrange capacity building events for the community in livestock management
 To organize capacity building Training to manage, deworming and vaccination of livestock
 To organize training for men and women into livestock management groups
 To organized capacity building training of extension workers for veterinary services points

Disaster Management Committees
 Organizing and strengthening male and female volunteers in Disaster Management Committees on cluster level
 To organize capacity building training events for volunteers
 Train local volunteer men and women in disaster preparedness; facilitate linkage development with Govt. Line Agencies local health department and District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA)
