Working as a Production & Maintenance Engineer at Jahangir Packages Pvt.Ltd plant with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) culture and system improvements and related TPM activities for several specific functional areas. The primary functional or manufacturing process areas to be supported are as follows:  Reliability analysis and implementation of predictive maintenance elements.  Plant maintenance planning to drive efficient, effective, low-cost, and proactive maintenance activities.  Training and coaching / mentoring of associates in TPM elements, which will include Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Periodic Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Maintenance Prevention.  Eliminating major production equipment losses.  Data analysis and data mining activities for machine failure events.  Implementation and improvement of Autonomous Maintenance.  Support and guide TPM appropriate equipment designs.  Create a TPM engaged culture with shared responsibilities between operators, technicians, engineers, and the respective leadership/management teams. Support and drive TPM culture improvements and maturity.
Leads problem solving for more complex or difficult TPM issues. Perform root cause analysis, testing and simulation, data verification, countermeasure concept, and install proactive final corrective actions.  Support, develop, drive and improve activities for 5S, teamwork, CIP process, autonomous maintenance, and sustainable TPM systems.  Responsible for TPM KICK OFF, Startup activities and implementation phase at Jahangir Packages Limited.
 Have established TPM Structure and run TPM development program throughout the company along with Consultants.
 Worked as Corporate E&T Pillar leader of TPM.
 Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials, and products.
 Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
 Responsible for creating Mindset Change and Motivation for TPM through different competitions and activities.
 Responsible for defining TPM goals, in line with company targets and to execute activities for achieving those goals.

Erection Work Experience plant installation, commissioning of Battery Plant Machinery and other Mechanical Equipment with Korean and other Foreign Company i.e. SK Engineering Korea, EBC Korea, Rosh Mesh Maker France, O.M.I Italy, SHS Korea, J.L Tech. Korea, K.M.T Korea.
 Responsibilities
 Analyze manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
 Supervise team of mechanical engineers to oversee and service day-to-day operations.
 Design and implement machinery upgrades, overhauls, and replacements.
 Evaluate processes for operational and cost efficiency.
 Troubleshoot processes to reduce rates of errors, breakages, and sub-standard production.
 Lead cross-functional team in implementing across-the-board improvements to production process.

 Implement protocols for testing and quality-controlling new processes.
 Train engineering team in applicable health and safety standards and procedures.
