• Ensuring smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks.
• Responsible for recruiting and hiring employees for all departments which includes; raising vacant position, screening, Onboarding and orientation.
• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems.
• Recommending new policies, approaches and procedures.
• Design and direct 30 days training process for the on board employees including their job description.
• Design training program framework for the existing employees as per the requirement.
• Updating various excel spreadsheets for employee benefits and various company related documents.
• Managing monthly payroll statement of the employees.
• Handling leaves records and attendance system.
• Organize and supervise other office activities (event planning and meeting arrangements).
• Assist in the process of tracking key information pertaining to succession planning, turnover trends, market compensation and employee relations
• Evaluating employee performance and providing coaching and guidance as per the requirement.
