Manage regular track of all field activities.Develop weekly work plan and ensure smooth implementation of activities according plan.
Community Mobilization and awareness raising for gender equality, children rights, women rights and marginalized groups.
To conduct Monthly Community Meetings and to record minutes.
To conduct multiple Seminars related to the program thematic areas.
Manage the All Activities of AAC center and  Plan and Organize various events  like
         Citizen Engagements , Broad Based Community meetings.Any other official task assigned by the AAC Coordinator and Associate Directors

Following were my major responsibilitiesAttend training workshop organized by AF for complete understanding of NSER Targeting and other associated processesFollow targeting procedures exactly and efficiently. Accompany Supervisor during forward visits in the surveying village a day or two before the actual survey starts to update household listings and the local area map. Ensure that weekly work assigned meets the requirement of number of households allowed to be covered each day and is reflected through the route-map. Always make sure that the enumeration is conducted only within the boundaries of the assigned area.Conduct interviews with household heads/representatives and fill the Electronic Registry Form (ERF) as accurately as possible.Attend daily debriefing meeting and report daily progress to the Supervisor
