HANDS has evolved in 36 years as one of the largest Non-Profit Organizations of the country with network of 31 offices across the country and has access to more than 21 million population more than 15,700 villages/settlement in 43 districts of Pakistan. HR Coordinator at HANDS in Pakistan
Responsible in implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the HR Manager, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues:
• Recruiting and staffing logistics
• Worked with seniors in an application of HR software programs i.e. Human Capital Management and Training Management System.
• Involvement in several trainings on Psycho-social resilience of affected communities, leadership development training course, training on facilitation and networking.
