Implement HR strategy to build capability, performance, and engagement across all functions

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment and Selection Monitoring recruitment activities company-wide. Building effective recruitment strategies. Analyzing the causes of employee attrition and devise strategies to curb it. Recruit, interview, and select candidates to fill management positions. Develop employment offers and arrange local & international training programs for clients/Company’s Employees. Organization Development Facilitating information and execution of organizational development activities. Facilitating the design of adequate T&D programs. Developing and execution of Performance Appraisal and TNA program with PMO / Department Heads. Facilitating all employee welfare and recreational activities. Conducting training on competency-based programs. Coordinate and implement a succession planning process to ensure the availability of talent. Ensure compliance to meet the organization’s designed protocols. Develop a human resource recruitment plan to align it with the current and future requirements. Support current and future needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Facilitate line managers in the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies & procedures to ensure fairness and continues improvement. Review JDs of all departments on quarterly basis with the coordination of department heads and revise their KPIs as per the current needs. Compensation and Benefit Reviewing payroll for final processing with the finance team. Monitoring and implementing compensation and benefits plan. Ensuring the smooth processing of employee benefits. Primary Responsibilities:
To receive personnel requisition from different departments
To verify/check the vacant position in the Organization Chart
Use various channels to get CVs’ subject to the position
Short-list of CVs’ for different positions of Management, Non Management, Technical and Non Technical
To conduct test and Interview sessions of potential candidate(s) (Non Management Technical & Non Technical)
Prepare salary comparisons (through Comp & Ben) and prepare salary authorizations
Offer job to the successful candidate(s)
To ensure smooth medical examination of selected candidate(s)
Preparation of offer and appointment letter(s)
Responsible for confirmation processes of Management and Non Management
Maintain report of Management Trainees & Trainee Engineers to update current
Prepare and maintain recruitment report
Maintain and update Organization’s Chart (Entire Organization)
Play a role in activities of contractual staff (Hiring, contracts extension/renewal)
Additional responsibilities:
Design plan with Deputy Manager Recruitment & Selection for induction of Apprentice Team Members (ATM)
To check /verify manpower requirements trade wise, number of examinees of test, interviews schedule, interview panels (Cross Functional) level wise (Level –I & Level-II) and date of joining
To communicate the designed plan to Industrial Relations (IR) Organizational Development (OD) & Compensation & Benefits (Comp & Ben) divisions for orientation of ATMs’
To coordinate with Administration Department to ensure arrangement of transport and meal on pre joining basis for ATM’s
Develop a report to provide the Training Center for fundamental skills training (FST) & on job training (OJT) plan
Drive the transit process of Team Member(s) confirmation by ensuing the three years completion of ATM’s including
Fundamental skills ‘test (Trade Wise) pre confirmation evaluation, medical examination report.
Worked closely with Sales, Marketing, Administration and other business areas of organization
