Preparing Import documents required for International and National shipments.
Obtain prepare and check all necessary documents required to ensure that the
documents meetings customer requirement.
Regularly updating the customers about the shipment.
To coordinate with supervisors and managers and report problems where necessary.
To request shipping line for the approval of delivery order.
Making and providing transport form for the transporters.
Looking after the cross trade shipments.
Handling the air shipments as well as road transportation.
Preparing all jobs on E-freight and Net Suite software
