Working as Account Assistant Finance, my responsibilities includes,

· Monitoring and preparation of Examination Board (EB) schedules

· Monitoring and preparation of Examination Board (IED) schedules

· Follow ups with staff and relevant personnel for clearance of outstanding balances

· Preparing EB revenue reconciliation statement over yearly basis.

· Assist in monthly and annual financial closing including preparations of Journal entries to close out, reclassify and for correction of account balances

· Checking vouchers for stock payments, IED payments, EB payments and FCY payments

· Resolving queries relating to payment vouchers including coordinating with staff, suppliers and buyers.
