Strategizing and managing the CSR activities at the head office level

· Contact claimants, defendants and third-party insurance companies involved in Road Traffic Accident (RTA) cases
· Negotiate with third party insurance companies on the behalf of claimants
· Inform claimants periodically about the proceedings of their cases
· Gather all the required documents from both parties involved in the accidents
· Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records on the Online CRM Portal System
· Forward the case to litigation if required
· Close the files
