As a Coordinator Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Program, I am responsible for managing the district office and overseeing the district-level team to ensure the effective implementation of IPC initiatives. My key responsibilities include conducting need assessments and surveys in collaboration with teams, and maintaining close liaison with district counterparts on all technical and operational aspects of the program.
I develop and share quarterly and monthly plans in line with approved work plans and targets, and provide regular feedback to the Program Manager. In coordination with district health authorities, I identify and map health facilities at the district and community levels, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, I organize capacity-building training, workshops, and meetings for public and private health facility staff on project interventions.
I monitor all project-related activities at the district and community levels, regularly organize coordination meetings, document minutes, and ensure action points are addressed. I ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly reports, and maintain all program databases, including MIS and training logs, at the district level.
I actively participate in trainings and conduct monitoring and supervisory visits to health facilities, ensuring compliance with IPC protocols. By strictly following monthly and quarterly program implementation plans, I prepare detailed reports and provide data for quarterly progress updates. I am also responsible for carrying out any additional program-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Revised and updated district development strategies to reflect community priorities as well as outcomes of M&E and third party technical and financial audits in order to create proposals for improvement to be reviewed by the Provincial and District Development Committees. Collaborated with Senior Key Expert Monitoring and Evaluation to oversee M&E related tasks and to revise CDLD policy based on learning undertaken by Technical Assistance (TA) team and government.
Led National Humanitarian Network (NHN) at provincial level by acting as an independent and vibrant voice to engage with Governmental & Non- Governmental organizations throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for promotion of humanitarian values by influencing policies and building capacities to ensure right based humanitarian response. Represented NHN at key Technical Working Groups established by UN and INGOs.
