I am a young humanitarian & development professional with more than ten years of professional experience in the field of technical project management for WASH & FSL programmes, emergency response, field operations management, proposal development & partnerships management. During the period, I have worked at key responsible positions at national & International level in Pakistan, Afghanistan & Nepal.
I have been able to successfully implement international emergency response project in Afghanistan, Nepal & Pakistan of worth 10 Million US $ and development projects of worth 35 Million US $ across different provinces in Pakistan overseeing technical project management, field operations, monitoring, donor reporting & feedback for effective project implementation.
In the field of Project development, I have a winning record of 10 Million US$ Institutional Funding on WASH, Refugee Response, Food & Cash assistance, Integrated WASH, FSL. Shelter & Climate Resilience projects from UNICEF, UNHCR, WFP, Embassy of Japan & other corporate institutions.
I have been directly involved in developing Request/Call for Proposals (R/CFPs) for different projects to hire implementing partners on competitive basis ensuring key national compliances as well as organizational international protocols. I have been able to develop & support necessary documentation – including partner selection criteria development, partnership TORs, technical & financial scoring guidelines. I have been extensively involved in formulating & coordinating with the bid award/partnership review committees & have been directly involved in reviewing partner’s technical & financial proposals/ projects.
In the field of project management, I have experience in project implementation across Punjab, Sindh, KPK & AJ&K implementing international donor funded development projects within project constraints and meeting donor guidelines and reporting requirements. I have further equipped myself with number of certifications in technical project management, project planning, proposal development, advocacy & campaigning, financial management, diversion and gender mainstreaming.
