· Thirteen years demonstrated experience of Project Implementation, Supervision, Knowledge Management and Capacity Building
· Knowledge of a broad range of social, political and human development issues
· Direct experience of working with national and international organizations
· Self-motivated; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a heavy workload environment
· Flexible, team-oriented, with experience in leading team
· Coordination with Lead Trainers / Senior Manager for identifying the training events
· Development and submission of work plan for the training events to be undertaken by the respective MT
· Planning and organizing for in consultation with relevant actors within CTC / COMNet for the training
· Organizing to ensure that relevant training material is available
· Assessment of participants during training and feedback to the Training Team of COMNet and CTC regarding amendments in the training material
· Development of training material for additional training events if requested by client (s)
· Ensuring that effective logistical arrangements are in place (support to be extended by CTC Admin) before trainings
· Effective delivery of trainings with target groups as per the standards provided for CCPV/ COMNet or other groups in the training material
· Close interaction and Feedback to the respective supervisor regarding the delivery of training focusing the following;
o Participants, their attendance and participation
o Logistical arrangements done by CTC for the training
o Methodology related aspects of the training
· Data entry of pre and posttests as well as training evaluation forms
· A brief 1-2-page report reflecting the process, outputs and the results of pre and posttests, training evaluation as well as challenges faced
· Submit monthly, and weekly work plan to the concern supervisors on regular basis
· Submit monthly progress reports
· Record keeping of all training related activities
· Provide legal advice and assistance to Afghan refugees; including refugee status; resettlement procedures; voluntary repatriation; and other legal stay arrangements through individual legal counseling, and referral of legal documentation cases to relevant bodies.
· Follow up on individual protection cases and maintain good working relations with implementing partners, INGOs, NGOs and UN agencies, and government authorities.
· Ensure the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality when working with individual protection cases and sensitive information, including the access and storage of documentation.
· Provide interpretation and translation support of legal documents as required
· Write activity reports including legal analysis.
· Deliver trainings on human rights; asylum law; refugee status; resettlement; and other legal issues pertaining to the refugee situation to relevant stakeholders and duty bearers.
· Prepare protection information in user-friendly formats for communities and stakeholders.
· Assist in the planning, design and implementation of protection awareness-raising activities for refugees, communities and NGOs, in consultation with the target audience and Protection team.
· Accurately and responsibly document information and share with appropriate partners, including UNHCR and ECHO, with approval of senior management.
· Work within an agreed work plan and ensure timely attention to priority tasks.
· Assist in the planning, design and implementation of protection awareness-raising activities for refugees, communities and NGOs, in consultation with the target audience and Protection team.
· Accurately and responsibly document information and share with appropriate partners, including UNHCR and ECHO, with approval of senior management.
