• Negotiating the best price, quality, and placement of advertisements
• Keeping up to date with fluctuations in popularity ratings and developments in the industry

• Securing the best airtime slots (print, outdoor, broadcast, and online outlets, such as magazines, billboards, radio stations, television stations, and websites.
• Managing media bookings
• Reporting daily droppages, Deviation spots.
• Assisting in the preparation of client media billing estimates under the supervision of the Manager Buying

• Closely worked with business development team during new client pitch.
• Developing and Managing media planning and operations / executions.
• Identifying the target audience for a media campaigns and deciding how best to
communicate to that audience.
• Media planning based on Reach, GRP & CPRP to maximize the ROI of the plan.
• Responsible for the monitoring of client billing.
• Reporting to the client - Droppage, Deviation, Double spotting & PIB's.
• Assist Senior Planner's to work with cross function departments/teams as part of the media
management process.
• Building strong and healthy relationship with client.
• Having strong relationship with different Media vendors for effective and better execution of the campaigns.
• Strong grip on MS Office, Kantar Media.
• Keeping a strong eye on the KPI mentioned by the client through Media Planning and execution of the campaigns.
• Monitoring positions and droppages.
• Coordination with channels to ensure placements, and reduce droppages.
• Generation of weekly droppage report and take up issue with the channel.
• Always meet deadlines given by client.
