Currently working as Asst. Manager (HR/Admin) Chakri Region in Sadiq Poultry (Pvt.) Limited from 02-March, 2015. I am responsible for all affairs of HR and General Administration of Chakri Region. Here the Company has huge setup of its business like Breeder, Broiler and Layer Farms with Hatchery and Egg Tray Plant. There are more than 2,000 employees deployed on these projects. My major job responsibilities are as under:

• Supervising and coordinating all kinds of Recruitment & Selection,
• Supervising Annual Performance Appraisal of all group of employees
• Management of Compensation & Benefits programs of the employees such as EOBI, Social Security and annual bonuses.
• Management of Disciplinary cases
• Management of Leave & Attendance manually as well as biometric attendance system
• Employees & Customer Relation Matters
• Coordination, such as, coordination in all HR & Admin related issues with Departmental Heads/Management/field offices

I worked in Pakistan Revenue Automation (Pvt.) Limited (PRAL) from 02-July-1996 to 31-October- 2015 on various positions in Human Resource/ Admin Department. The main responsibilities include: coordinate, manage, supervise, investigate, lead, control HR & Admin related aspects in PRAL Head Office as well as setup in Pakistan. I worked in PRAL on following positions:

i) Manager HR, Pakistan Revenue Automation, Islamabad - August, 2011 to October, 2014.
ii) Deputy Manager HR, Pakistan Revenue Automation - from January, 2008 to July, 2011.
iii) HR/Admin Officer & HR / Assistant, Pakistan Revenue Automation. From July, 1996 to December, 2007.
