Responsible for recruitment and selection of the managerial and non-managerial staff by following company policies.
Initiates the payroll process and ensures the accurate and timely deliver to concerned department after sanction.
Coordinate with concerned department to ensure timely payroll disbursement into respective employee’s accounts.
Resolves salary and other reimbursement related queries of employees on an ongoing basis.
Manage overall EOBI and PESSI matters like monthly contribution, cards, school admission, etc.
Facilitates in the development and maintenance of HR manuals and forms etc.
Maintains employee records and human resource information systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ongoing analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices and turnover etc.
Asst. IT personnel in the development and implementation of the various HR reports and dashboards (APEX).
Maintains data on the HRIS system and ensures regular updates.
Responsible for the timely processing of final settlements & other payments.
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all HR templates (offer letters, contracts, experience, etc.).
Support all internal and external HR-related requests.
Keep organizational flow charts updated.
Assist in the Recruitment & Selection process of managerial staff & laborers by following the company’s SOPs. • Employee orientation, training, work-life balance, and total rewards.
File Management of both managerial and non-managerial staff.
Coordination and effective communication between employer and employees.
Dealing with the employee’s final settlement and Exit interview.
Facilitate in conducting the job analysis, and in developing and maintaining organization charts, job descriptions, job specifications, etc.
Assist in performance management e.g. performance appraisal, performance review and performance standards, etc.
Provide information to a newly appointed employee about company policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and employee benefits.
Assist in Preparing monthly salary sheet or executing the payroll process (e.g. verifies over time, advance salary, loan, attendance record, arrears, etc.)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Liaising with the different departments on all human resource matters.
Prepare employee probationary appraisal after their probation period is completed.
Prepare increment letters and attach them to each employee’s files. Maintain EOBI and PESSI records and cards etc.
