Last six month very difficult where after-effects of heavy competition from other competitor & others, i.e. the disruption in communication channels and damage of basic infrastructure, are now under restoration. Some Area and towns were submerged causing life to standstill. Besides, the overall business conditions remained dull and the nation wide protests against the “hate film” also caused the markets to remain closed for a number of days in all parts of the country.
Despite of above, we have focused on our customers and the receivable KPI's remained stable when compared to prior year . During the past 6 Months last year the paying percentage improved from 93.25% to 93.97% while the arrears % at 4.3% is maintained at plan level.
In view of difficult business conditions, the strategy will continue to focus towards creation of quality accounts through strict credit controls and aggressive recovery tactics including group actions.
