Position Objective:
Led the implementation of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) IPC interventions in Health Care Facilities of District Killa Saifullah and Pishin according to Action Against Hunger standards, ensuring technical quality and relevance.

a)Developed technical BoQs and designs for emergency WASH response, including water systems, sanitation facilities, and WASH IPC measures in four health facilities.

Achievement:
Successfully rehabilitated WASH facilities in four health center in District Killa Saifullah and Pishin, improving access to clean water and sanitation, and implementing inclusive WASH and IPC measures for thousands of people in emergency-affected areas.

c. Established father, mother, super groups, and Benazir Beneficiaries Committees to enhance community involvement and support.
d. Conducted awareness campaigns during specific seasons to educate the community about nutrition.
e. Conducted door-to-door outreach to reach beneficiaries in remote areas.
f. Participated in the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) survey to identify and target vulnerable populations for nutrition support.
g. Reached out to more than 20,000 beneficiaries through various nutrition outreach initiatives.
h. Successfully treated cases of Moderate Acute Malnutrition (MAM) and Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM), leading to their recovery and improved health outcomes.

As the WASH/SHELTER/NFIs Engineer based at the SIF office, My Previous  responsibilities:
 
a)      Planed, assessed technical feasibility, design, implement, and report on SIF WASH/SHELTER/NFIs and community infrastructure interventions. B) Ensure adherence to construction standards and monitor physical infrastructure-related activities to ensure timely completion. c) Conduct surveys, participatory needs assessments, and other necessary activities as required. D) Manage and supervise the site/construction supervisor of projects implemented by SIF in all other districts.

In my previous role, I oversaw the engineering section of the Qatar Charity funded Shelter Project in Naseerabad and the UNICEF funded WASH project worth $1.5 million in three districts of Baluchistan, including Naseerabad, Sobatpur, and Kacchi/Bolan.

I completed a Water, Sanitation, Health and Hygiene (WASH) project funded by UNICEF in flood affected areas of Baluchistan. In that specific component, I led engineering activities and provided support in provision of safe drinking water, sanitation for health and hygiene of the community in areas of Naseerabad and Quetta.
Job Responsibilities:
a). I provided support to the project team to review already constructed latrines in health and educational institutions at the community level and we re-constructed 18 latrines which were affected due to flood. (b). Under that project, 38 twin latrines were constructed in educational and health intuitions whereas, 13 were purely construction under my supervision and technical overview. (c). We installed 65 water supply schemes at the community level in which 15 of them were affected due to flood while I took the lead to rehabilitate them to be properly utilized by the community. I participated in the tendaring process and provided technical inputs for the construction of thirteen twin set latrines. (d). Developed final project report and submitted to the organization for review and onward submission to the donor. 

I completed ‘Integrated Rural Development’ Qatar funded project in the areas of Baluchistan, total value $1 million in which was worked on health, education and food security & livelihoods and WASH.
Job Responsibilities: a). Activities delivered: renovated over 30 schools, provided over 100 computers with furniture in schools, renovated/rehabilitated computer laboratories in 10 schools, provided safe water to the 10 targeted health facilities, provided safe water to the 10 targeted health facilities as new, rehabilitated 8 Health facilities, constructed latrines and ensured hand-washing facilities in the 10 targeted Health facilities, rehabilitated local drainage facilities, installed health care waste management facilities in the targeted 10 RHCs.

I completed ‘Multi years of Humanitarian program’ (MYHP) Emergency Recovery Project  DFID, IOM, UK Aid  funded project in the areas of Baluchistan, total value PKR 80 million in which was worked on Shelters, food security & livelihoods and WASH.
Job Responsibilities: a) I was responsible for the effective and efficient implementation of the Projects which include emergency response, Shelters, WASH, Food security and livelihood intervention in District Killa Abdullah. (b) Developed and implemented the annual plan for the district project activities. (c)Created the implementation map to district team for the timely delivery of the project deliverables. (d) Timely provided inputs to Head Office for compilation of the donor reports. (e) Supervised and improvised the project activities in the focused union councils of the district. (f)Oversaw the data collection related to project intervention areas as set by the impact team. (g)Ensured that monthly progress reports, quarterly reports are prepared and shared with Head Office in timely manner. (h) Led the development of KPIs for project assistants, social team and field officers and reviewed their performance periodically. (i) Conducted meetings with District Project staff and stakeholders for addressing the gaps in the project interventions they encountered. (j) Coordinated monthly and quarterly progress with Government District Administration. (k) Built liaison with District Government Officials which include Deputy Commissioner, District Health Officer, District Education Officer successful implementation of the project in the district.
Activities delivered: Constructed 220 Lime stabilized resilient Shelters, constructed 25 water storage tanks, Installed PAUL filtration plant and support 780 beneficiaries in kind of cash, trained the 50 male and female CRPs, trained 50 masons 25 CRPs at community level to construct the lime stabilized resilient shelters.

Construction activities ( designing, implementation, capacity building and Monitoring)
Responsibilities for all the construction work including designing , implementation and monitoring to ensure the effective field implementation, team management coordination with stakeholders , monitoring of construction activities and construction work at District level.
Maintain all store records in line with Muslim Aid document management.

I worked on LQAS and trained the annumerators and AFO regarding LQAS. 

Job of Responsibility: (a) I designed the construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models. (b) Prepared engineering design and drafted reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs and tests on water quality, (c) I developed project costs by calculating labor, material and related costs and prepared feasibility study by analyzing engineering design and conducted environmental impact studies. (d) I supported the process of social mobilization in organizing the local community, strengthened the existing Community Organization (COs) / Village Organizations and forming new COs, VO & LSO by utilizing the CPIs as a vehicle of intervention and outreach to the rural poor. ( e) I involved the local community in identification, planning, execution, and monitoring of physical infrastructure schemes and enhanced their capacity on the efficient and productive use of local resources. (f) I developed a transparent system during execution of infrastructure schemes and created effective linkages between community and other agencies.

Construction activities ( designing, implementation, capacity building and Monitoring) Responsibilities for all the construction work including designing , implementation and monitoring to ensure the effective field implementation, team management coordination with stakeholders , monitoring of construction activities and construction work at District level. Areas of Responsibility: (a) I reviewed and verified the contractor's submittals drawings, product data, samples, calculations, and other technical submissions. (b) Visited the Project-related construction sites to control and follow the progress and quality of the works and determined if the works were proceeding in accordance with the relevant statements of Works and Technical Specifications. Based on on-site observations, kept the CPIs’ Coordinator and RAHA Management informed of the progress of the works. (c) I performed as the acceptance committee member and prepared the Completion Certificate and handing over for the works. (d) Assessed the capacity of local contractors to perform the works and propose the most technically appropriate solutions for implementation. ( e) Made all technical data available to the Program Management Unit including drawings, design notes, bill of quantities, soil data that were used as technical annexes to the solicitation documents. (f) Supervised the progress of construction at field level and certified the progress and acceptance, which served as the basis of payment to the community and contractors. (g) I assured the quality of the overall construction process under RAHA Program UNDP in District Killa Abdullah.
