I have had a chance to work closely with the then co-founders of Daraz, helping them out with the brand (Daraz.pk) and making the product (Marketplace) a success. Later joining MyGerrys.com, an E-Commerce venture by Gerrys International, as Category Manager E-Commerce I was able to replicate and enhance the strategies to cover the market share and generate regular business with strong network of vendors. With the help of considerable Public Relations in the relevant markets across Pakistan, applicable strategies were introduced to push E-Commerce Marketplace as a favorable model for customers, which in this case are local vendors registered as well as customers making purchases online.



My career accomplishments demonstrate expertise in needs analysis, vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, cost reduction, and team leadership to facilitate improved financial performance and organizational success. With key experience in both domestic and international procurement, my additional skills in effective communication, problem solving, and staff direction allow me to excel in driving successful procurement executions and ensuring achievement of corporate objectives.
