Assign and review caseworker’s caseloads to ensure they are manageable and share challenges with Supervisor. Support and monitor the assistants during the presentation of Brighter future sessions on changing nutrition behaviors for parents. To ensure effective implementation of services mapping for children harmed or at risk of being harmed through appropriate assignment of cases, monitoring and mentorship to mobile response case workers. Provide mentorship individually and through group meetings, collaborate with other CM staff and partners to regularly report trends and communicate closely with the Senior officer, CPM and CPC. Conduct post-service child and family interviews to evaluate the quality and impact of case management by the case workers. Document feedback and analyses trends regularly; discuss lessons learned with the team and CPC and CPM. Consistently and proactively supervise and assess the safety of field teams; promptly reporting concerns or incidents to IRC management and collaborating closely with community leaders and other external parties as the need arises to maintain/improve the security environment.
While working as an Academic and Professional Researcher and Writer at Freelancer Hub in Quetta on a part-time basis, I successfully completed a variety of tasks. These include conducting thorough academic research on diverse topics, creating well-structured reports, and developing high-quality written content for clients. I consistently delivered work on time, ensuring that the outputs met the required academic standards, including proper referencing and adherence to specific guidelines. I also engaged in freelance writing projects that required a deep understanding of complex subjects, which helped clients achieve their research goals and academic success. My responsibilities also involved proofreading and editing reports to enhance clarity and coherence while providing continuous support and feedback to clients. I conducted comprehensive baseline and diagnostic surveys to inform project planning and implementation, ensuring evidence-based decision-making. I facilitated Local Education Council (LEC) meetings across 28 high schools and established a strong community network to enhance participation in awareness sessions. I coordinated Community Education Committee (CEC) meetings in 13 locations, developing partnerships with local CBOs and NGOs to improve community mobilization. Additionally, I organized stakeholder workshops for situation analysis and strengthened community organizations by providing management skills training and conducting regular follow-up visits. Effective linkages were created between community organizations and service delivery agencies.
In terms of educational access, I ensured optimal access to basic education and literacy for the target population in Quetta District by 2022/2023. I also enhanced livelihoods by implementing skill development programs for host and refugee communities, focusing on dressmaking, fashion designing, and cuisine, while facilitating access to vocational training and apprenticeship opportunities. Psycho-social support and counseling services were provided to address mental health challenges, and health and hygiene awareness sessions were organized for both host and refugee populations. I also facilitated access to legal assistance and referral services.
In collaboration with local schools, community centers, and NGOs, I supported the delivery of basic education programs, including computer courses, English language training, and literacy classes for street-working and out-of-school children. I monitored and evaluated the impact of community outreach activities, collecting feedback for continuous improvement, and prepared regular reports and documentation on program outcomes and challenges.
