Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues
 Referring issues to senior HR staff
 Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers
 Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
 Conducting inductions of new staff
 Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review
 Inputting into the monthly payroll
 Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
 Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company

Preparing new personal files with required documents as per standard check list.
 File automation projects, scanning of all files in soft form verification, alignment of documents and upload in SAP, The project was part of system automation to eliminate and discharge hard forms of documents.
 Audit of employees personal files and verification of important documents (Employee Form, PMDP, COBC, Joining Report, JD)
 Maintaining Employees Personal file according to the standards mentioned by CCBPL Check list.
 Documentation of office records (formal approvals, govt agencies related documents, correspondence with other organizations, legal registration of employees schedule, EOBI, Social security insurance and other benefits).
 Counseling session of employees for self- improvement, interpersonal skills etc.
 Advertising job positions through Internal & external job posting.

Completing Customers Account, Opening Requirements (CNIC, Phone No, Source of Income, Visiting Cards, Nature of Business, Customer Request etc. Customer Dealing at Front Desk.
