Worked on Telenor’s Kiosk Project
- Responsible for the deployment of Projects and released products.
- Handling reported issues and providing immediate support for its resolution.
- Efficiently manage the technical queries raised from the clients and other departments as well.
- Coordinate and communicate with the clients in getting the issues / tasks done.
- Assisting Technical Writer in making the user manuals.
- Provide assistance to other Support Engineers in resolving the issues.
- Provide training of the products to Customers and other CSEs across all regions.
- Taking ownership of the assigned work and get the work done in an efficient manner.
