• To ensure the consistency of monitoring and evaluation system
• To build the capacity of staff and to support them for effective implementation & introduction of DHIS (District Health Information system).
• To organize and conduct School & Community Health session along with Medical and Female Medical Officer.
• To organize and conduct Community Support Group Meetings for best implementation of Health Promotional Activities at community level.
• To ensure compliance with the requirement of reporting system for preparing reports as per standard formats.
• To monitor and quality assurance during Health Facility visit
• Facilitate in-service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face-to-face trainings, follow-ups and roll out of Teachers Inquiry Group (TIG) activities.
• Support teachers in implementing newly learned concepts and skills through regular follow-up support visits to schools.
• Daily basis online data input in M.I.S (is.pakreading.net & surveys.pakreading.net).
• Work in close collaboration with teachers, head teachers and concerned education officer(s) in preparing and implementing school/union council/tehsil based reading improvement plans and strategies
• Prepare/partake in detailed weekly/monthly plans including field travels/school visits plan.
