Organize in-house training and sessions for skill development for YDC boarders.

Identify bottlenecks in program design and delivery and also suggest practical solutions to the problems.
Reporting on a monthly basis and keeping records of finances at YDC.
Conduct field visits to meet local communities in the project area.
Maintain a record of the activities carried out in the field with the beneficiaries.
