my whole experience is divided into two phases, 1st phase is of carrying out HR and Admin related activities at one of the large commercial bank of the country for about fourteen years, dealing with 57 branches of 1100 staff members. 2nd phase from 1998 to 2010 is of HR consulting, where I worked on different HR related assignments.
