I am involved in the following:

*To assist Manager Finance in managing cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions
*Prepare financial analysis, KPI and cost reports as required
*To process and review invoices, recording of Journal entries/documents or records
*Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
*Responsible for preparation and presentation of Profit Loss accounts, Balance sheet, cash flow statement, statement of change in equity & notes to the accounts
*To maintain petty cash & disburse petty cash expenses
*Proactive participation in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies & procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process & system changes.
*Managing the development of static reports and dynamic dashboards that provide complete, reliable, accurate and timely business information.
*Collaboration with other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
*Assist in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
*Making financial reconciliation for purchase requests through LC opening, advance payment, and PDCs.
*Assist in preparation and coordination of the internal audit process

I have been involved in the following work of External Audits, Reviews, Designing and implementing the system of Internal Controls, Risk Management and Governance, Performance of Non- Assurance services and Consultancy assignments apart from the performance of fieldwork.

*Planning and Development of work methodology and work programs as well as the execution and completion of the audit fieldwork;
*Assessment of and providing assistance in the preparation of financial statements in order to ensure their compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2017 and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted in Pakistan;
*Finalizing statutory audits, reviews, and system audits;
*Preparation of other deliverable s, such as management letter identifying control weaknesses, its implications, and recommendations;
*Cash flow planning, forecast, and control;
*Reviewing compliance with the best practices of Code of Corporate Governance;
*Preparing and finalizing internal audit reports;
*Conducting meetings with the senior management to discuss the audit findings with them and performing follow-up;
*Interacting with the client regarding issues during audit execution and making sure they are dealt with in the time frame;
*Training freshers in the department and team & reviewing their work.

*Provided assistance in the preparation of checklist regarding the audit and IFRS requirements applicable in Pakistan.
*Provided assistance to the client, resolving queries related to the audit system and working on the audit applications and procedures.
*Composed Expression of interests and proposals for various assignments.
