Review the proposals submitted by Partner Organizations and prepare observations for consideration and short-listing.
Perform desk & field appraisals of Partner Organizations; prepare appraisal reports for Credit Committee/ BoD consideration, contract agreement, and disbursement of funds as per Financing Agreement.
Provide technical support to partner organizations in effective implementation of the program interventions.
Review and analyze program related documents and reports, maintain a reference system for these documents, follow up on future programmes and action.
Develop capacity building plans of Partner Organization staff.
Prepare minutes on different meetings, workshops and programmes;
Maintain appropriate file system for both incoming and outgoing communications;
Ensure Data entry of projects activities at Partner Organization level and carry out analysis of data.
Coordinates collection of information from different sources, compilation of information and information management;
Develop and conduct presentations/ learning sessions for Partner Organizations to build their capacity on Programme interventions.
Review statement of expenditure (SOE) and ensure disbursement of funds to partner organizations.
Collect case studies of programme beneficiaries from Partner Organizations for dissemination to stake holders.

• Under the direct supervision of the Chief executive Officer, provided strategic direction and leadership in the rule of law area and responsible for the implementation of the overall project.

Implementation of the Livelihood Strategy in an institutional –building manner in the Afghan Refugee Villages
.management of livelihood programmes; including designing and applying of specific programmes methodologies, implementation approaches and insuring meeting the livelihood programmes’ objectives; in accordance of the livelihood strategy developed.
•Guiding and monitoring ongoing livelihood activities/programmes for refugees-in line of DRC policies, mainstreaming gender, age and diversity- in order to ensure their timely and effective implementation.
•cooperation with national government, implementing partners, and DRC representative, for designing and implementing a custom-made annual operation plan within the framework of an approved strategy.
•adjustments to livelihoods activities, training components based on the concept notes already developed and develop new training programmes based on the market survey findings and skills in demand in the market.
•Operating in the field of similar livelihood programmes in country.
• Assist Livelihoods Coordinator in Establishing and maintaining linkages with national local government as main partner to ensure coordination and joint planning and information sharing for livelihood strategy.
•Maintaining close contacts with partners both in public, private and NGO sector in order to harmonize activities relating to promote livelihood activities.
•developing cooperation ties with selected services providers operating i.e. business training teams and bodies, business development services, and micro-finance institutions at country level.
•conducting wealth ranking survey after one year of implementation of projects.
•Organizing and managing workshops assessment, group’s discussions, seminar, training and counselling sessions on local integration, self reliance and micro finance with a view to empower the refugees and local host community.
•Organizing and managing workshops, group’s discussions, and other participatory assessments to ensure refugee ownership and decision making in planning and implementing specific livelihood programmes activities and in full coordination with community services.
•Perform any other task deemed necessary or as delegated by the supervisor in order to meet the level of services in the organization.
