Successfully completed turnkey basis 3.8MW distributed solar project with total 10.08 MWh lithium battery storage system of worth USD 9.3 Million under ADB Access to Clean Energy Investment Program.

Supervised the installation of various types of on/off grid, roof and pole mounted solar systems ranging from 2KW to 6KW as per scope of work in 2636 Govt. Schools.
Organized, planned, implemented, coordinated and reported the project progress to head office China.
Coordinated with Third Party Validators for the Pre-shipment and post shipment inspections of PV Modules, Li-ion Batteries and inverters.
Negotiated with the Client and Bank for Offshore and Onshore LCs. Opening and Guarantees.
Arranged the Custom Clearance for the offshore material, inland transportation of material to site/warehouse.
Technical and commercially evaluated the supplier for local material supply like Structures, Cables, Fans & LED lights as per client’s requirements and same approval from client and consultants.
Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to get competitive market price.
Created the purchase orders for suppliers, project progress reports, DSI&C Statements for issuance of Milestone Completion certificates from consultants (ECSP and 8.2 Renewable Energy Experts Hamb GmbH) and approved progress’s invoice to client (PMU, Energy Department Punjab).
Managed all subcontractors and crew members for timely completion and ensures the project is built according to specifications, schedule, and in budget.
Make sure that client’s needs are met as project evolve.
Monitored the project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Acted as the point of contact and communicated the project progress status to all stakeholders.
Created and maintained comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Effectively represented the firm in meetings and maintain the good relationship with Client (Energy Department, Punjab), Owner’s Engineers (ECSP and 8.2 Renewable Energy Experts Hamb GmbH) and other project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Assisted Project manager in EPC power transmission line projects worth approx. $100M.
Supervised factory acceptance test (FAT) for 500kV ACSR drake conductor & 9.15mm EHS Shield-wire at associated Laboratory of NEWAGE CABLE PAKISTAN and 132/220 KV Towers at Lion Steel Factory.
Supplier evaluation and technical assessment of transmission line material as per NTDCL & IEC Standards for approval from the Client/Consultant.
To interface with Site Engineers and Construction Manager regarding site preparation and requirements, if any problem arise take necessary action to resolve issue, so project work done smoothly and efficiently.
To conduct site visit to supervise the construction of Tower Foundation, Pile Foundation work, Tower Erection and Stringing work of 500KV transmission line and ensure all work done according to drawings and NTDCL specification.
To deal with contractual matter including but not limited to EOT, claim (Idleness, delayed payments and any other within Contract) and project scheduling.
To supervise and follows up that all resources/material are arrived at site as scheduled.
To provide and assists overall management throughout initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and project closeout, also include managing activities in contracts, planning, engineering, procurement, construction and Quality.
To prepare Project Invoices for monthly progress on regular basis or as when required.
To maintain an accurate and complete file record of all calculations, material lists, costings, drawings, correspondence and purchase orders.
Verification of measurement sheet, Invoice and escalation claims submitted by the subcontractor and site office.
Attends meetings periodically with Client & Consultant to discuss projects progress and requirements of the projects.

• Travel across the country for project bid participation and for site supervision.
• Performed overall quality control of the work (Budget, Schedule Plan, Personnel‘s performance) and report regularly on Project status.
• As Site Engineer Supervised Tower Foundations, Tower Erection, Stringing work of various 132KV, 220KV and 500KV Transmission Line Projects and make necessary arrangements before work execution.
• Attend many Shutdowns and rehabilitation work of 500KV Transmission line.
• Effective cooperation and Communication with Project manager and other participants to Clear ROW Issues on work site to ensure on time project completion.
• Verify Measurement Sheet, Invoice and Escalation Claims Submitted by the Sub Contractor.
