I Baber Majeed completed Masters in Sociology, where I studied Community Development, researches Qualitative & Quantitative, Rural Development, Demography, states, Human Resource Management, Social Mobilization etc.
During, my studies, I worked as a volunteer with an NGO (YTFHRE) which works on Less previledge children Education for almost 2 years.
I had my internship with a German INGO which is working on multiple porposes to the disater hit areas. I had great exposure while working with foreginers on research, planning, report writing, Mobilization, Disaster Risk Reduction trainings.

After my internship I worked with Aga Khan Hospital and WHO on seropravelance as a senior research associate. I was conducting data collection, sempling, identification of randomised respondents. It was worth learning with them.

My last job was with Trust for Vaccine and Immunization as a Union Council Incharge. This project was totally based on research on Immunization of child and mother Health. I had learned allot of things regarding field works i.e, Mobilization, creating liaison with stakeholders, identification of clusters, data collection, GIS mapping, etc.
