To manage and oversee project field teams and ensure that programs are evidence based, and designed and implemented to meet project objectives and long-term goals.
To ensure that field teams are achieving project targets (both programmatic and financial) according to detail implementation plans.
To coordinate with support departments and with regular programs for achieving project targets.

Provide counseling and support to patients diagnosed with TB
Provide counseling and support to TB +ve patients diagnosed with Diabetes

Provide a safe environment for people to discuss issues
Provide counseling to patients for their mental health issue
Provide counseling to the support system of the patient (if needed) Maintaining record of the patients seen at the public/private care setting.
Reporting to clinic site officer/ coordinator/ designated supervisor on a daily basis.
Carry out research activities as required by the program.

Supporting other staff members of the team when require.
