Job Responsibilities:
Developing job description, recruitment cycle roadmap, job posting and scheduling interviews, screening, recruitment, selection, dismissal when needed, approaching candidates through Social sites, taking interviews to check soft skills and technical skills, Conducting orientation.
• Documentation, issuing offer letters, employment confirmation email, bio metric of new hiring.
Responsible to maintaining and updating records of all employees, employee’s information file, manage employees’ benefits, regulation of daily attendance through bio metric machine, contract signing, pay slip issuing, attendance fetching and monitoring, Managing 700+ employees.
Facilitate employee’s performance and talent management.
Creating reports on employee’s issues, attendance and meetings with employees.
Organize birthday, bonus distribution and success events.
Issuing leave form, issuing advance salary form, Loan form, Clearance form, conducting employee appraisals, request letter.
Up to date with new joining’s and make a proper plan for them.
Timely enrollment and deletion of employees of employees over EOBI with coordination of payroll department.
