Project design, plan & execution

- Identification of stakeholders and risks for assigned projects, maintain stakeholder and risk register - Develop project plans by reviewing project proposals conferring with management - Determine project design specifications by studying requirements. Complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates - Determine project schedule on MS Project by studying project plan, specifications, time and sequence requirements of project activities - Manage project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinate activities and resolving problems - Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and recommending actions - Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the completion of each task and project - Pursue work progress status of each assigned task and endeavor - Detail analysis of executed work with planned work - Cost analysis by actual cost with planned cost - Operation and maintenance of utilities area equipment including Chillers, Air handling units, Compressors, , Boiler, Cooling towers, Diesel and Gas generators - Maintained check list for preventive maintenance on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis - Assistance in reference to preparing the annual budget of the engineering department - Conducting cleaning, inspection, lubricating and tightening/testing (CILT) in routine - Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC programs as per quality policy - Conduct training session on health & safety, Conduct on job training of new employees, Conduct training on Pharmaceuticals Engineering Guidelines - Conducting kick-off meetings and interactive planning sessions - Inventory management of spare parts, Maintained critical and non critical parts list
