I am doing M. Phil of Management Sciences at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology Lahore, the leading institute in Pakistan. I am doing research project named, THE IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL MISBEHAVIOR ON EMPLOYEE TURNOVER AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE : THE INTERACTIVE ROLE OF WORKPLACE SPIRITUALITY, TRAINING & COMPENSATION
Apart from academics, I started my career from internship in HR from PEL (HEAD OFFICE). Further pursue my career, I have done internship in FINCA Microfinance Bank Limited (Head Office) as HR Trainee. Presently I am in Style Textile as HR & ADMIN ASSOCIATE. I am dedicated HR professional having aim to work in respective organization with my skills in an effective way.
And this is not the end of story, be it academics or internship, I am successfully meeting the challenge of conceptualizing ideas and turning vision into viable and productive organizations has been the focal point of my professional career. Positive energy, creativity, dedication and team work are my personal attributes and having proactive approach to work effectively independently and actively participate in team work also. Over 3 years of hands on experience in various streams of HR, both transactional and transformational HR; I have the experience and skill set required to provide solid and decisive leadership and guidance on all the HR aspects.
