• Responsible for being a key point of contact for all sales operations related aspects ( e.g. Field Sales, Distributers etc) within assigned geographical and deliver set objectives/targets. • Field sales plan; ensure effective placement of company assets. • Effectively manage customers and their operations; actual performance against sales in/out, inventory level, order placement achievement of agreed targets, new shop induction. • Develop and implement market plans, visits and travel reports. •Â

Preparation of initial financial drafts of TSPs, Check all the invoices, debit notes/ deduction attached to the invoices, invoices summary preparation, Updating and entering transaction of payable/ liabilities.
Processing of TSPs invoices and remaining claims, Filing, archiving and proper placing of invoices, statements and financial correspondences. Reviewing all invoices for supporting documentation and approval prior to payment.
Checking of all related documents of TSPs during and after the tender opening ceremony including the technical and financial bids and documents.
