Human Resource Manager with six years of experience in recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, training and development in Hospatality industry
· Managing the manpower planning, job descriptions, recruitment strategy
· Formulating and implementing; policies and procedures.
· Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
· Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
· Update competencies and skill level charts of all employees.
· Identify staff development and training needs and recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses based on TNA.
· Conducts training sessions, workshops, conferences, and seminars when required

· Monitoring of Performance Appraisals including mid year reviews.

· Devising HR Strategies and Human Resource Planning (HRP) structure.
· Spear heading Organizational Renewal and Change Management Process and efficient control mechanism for Human Resource Department.
· Piloting the revamping process and overall system of Fun City HR department.
· Carrying out job analysis of each occupation / job roles of every department.
· Managing disciplinary process.
· Managing separation procedure and exit interviews.
· Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Formulating and administering career matrix.
· Formulating and administering authority matrix.
· Any other senior level task assigned by GM-P / MD / CEO.

· Maintain continuous liaison and communication with officers and supervisors to address work performance problems.
