خلاصہ

The starting of my career was a job in the education sector that I accidently stumbled upon. However, teaching proved to be my greatest learning experience at personal level where I got the opportunity to not only enhance my interpersonal skills but also learn a great deal about human psychology. Managing students, keeping them under control and extracting maximum output from them, without being too harsh, has taught me a great deal about human behavior and their reactions to various situations and stimuli.

The next venture was a job at PTCL which I was able to manage alongside my teaching career. This was my first experience in the corporate sector and prompted me to try my hand in the sector and build a professional career.

While I never really aspired to be a banker throughout my growing years, I consider the opportunity in the banking sector a great blessing. My experience in the banking sector, especially in Corporate Banking, has shaped my professional growth and helped me build my business acumen. Essentially, although as simple it may sound, it has taught me how to get the work done. The experience has not only built my technical knowledge in the field of accounting, finance and banking services, it has allowed me to learn to manage my relationships with various stakeholders within and outside the organization and to manage situations and tasks.
