Responsibilities:
All Finished Product Entry & clear from SAP System.
All Packing Material & Raw Material entries and clear from SAP.
All New Product entry in SAP.
Monthly MIS Data Reporting.
Monthly CRQS Data Reporting
Daily PM & RM Checking as per Standerd.
Maintain Lab Recorord , Sop’s,PM Specification ,Rm Specification etc.
Share the PM Complaint With Supplier.
Calibration of all Lab Equipment on Monthly/Quarterly Basis.
Maintaine the Pest Control System ( C-Shine ) on Weekly Basis
Responsibilities:
Receiving of all raw and Packaging material From different suppliers.
Maintaining record of all received and issued Raw / Packaging in Excel & SAP.
Being a Key user of SAP, I have good expertise in the following.
Back flushing of all Finished Goods.
Making Process orders.
Creation of Master recipe and Production version.
Monthly Cycle count to determine Gain/Loss in Raw / Packaging materials
Daily Basis requisition.
Wastage reports.
Daily / Monthly Production reports
Responsibilities :
Worker Attendance & Overtime sheet on daily basis.
Weekly Production Plan Discussed with Operation Manager on daily basis.
Control P.M & R.M Wastage of Machines during production
Make casing report of production, end of the shift. on daily basis .
Company policies & SOP’s share with workers on weekly basis.
Ensure & monitor hygiene conditions on floor.
Responsibilities :
Quality Audits in every 2 hr in each shift.
Hourly CRQS inspection of Production Hall (Hard pack & soft pack)...
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness & housekeeping compliance in factory by visiting the site.
Maintenance & controls of following areas:
o Quarantine.
o Material on HOLD.
o Storage samples.
Check of CCP/QCP monitoring sheets of PM, FG and blending dep.
check of operator’s quality sheets to identify the points of contravention and report in “Quality violation activities Record”.In time information of Quality incidents / violations to Shift Incharge / Operational Manager.
Ensure implementation of Quality Standards & GMP on production floor
Monitor Quality HACCP system On floor
Handle consumer / customer and trade complaints
Sharing Market Complaints & NCR’s with route cause & action plan in coordination with shift incharge.
Calibration of scales as per given schedule.
ZDS ( Zero Defect Supplier )activity.
Quality Trainings as per TNA.
