Working as Assistant Engineer in Department of Power house having Generation capacity of 10 MW of electricity and 650TPD of steam generation to meet the generation requirement. 3 water softening units of 80 ton capacity, 2 RO units of capacity 50 t/hr.
Smooth operation of Chain grates and fluidized bed boiler.
Minimize the down time of the boilers.
Maintaining the steam generation record of steam generation department.
Responsible of demand and handling of fuel (Coal & Rice Husk).
Responsible for maintaining the water treatment plants to ensure availability of clean water supply.
Handle task of repairing components of water treatment plants include water storage vessels, pipes, chemical equipments controls.
Smooth operation of cooling system (Steam absorption Chillers USRT570 and USRT 1390 and cooling towers).
Smooth operation of boiler at optimum parameters.
Preparation of BOQs.
Member of captive power project (CPP) of 40MW
Coal Testing
Physical Analysis
Proximate Analysis (Moisture, Ash V.M, Sulfur and Calorific Value Analysis).
Testing of furnace oil (water in oil & TBN).
Inspection of coal for feeding in 20 T/h Chain grate coal fired boiler and 15t/h FBC boiler.
Analyze sample of raw and treated water (PH, TDS, Hardness, Iron, Chlorides, and Phosphate tests).
Shift Engineer
As a shift engineer Performed duty on two lines each having capacity 6000tpd.
At both kilns and raw mills (Loesche vertical mill with capacity of 430 t/h each).
At 4 cement mills(Ball mills having capacity of 150 t/h each)
To achieve the production targets in a view of quality and cost.

Communication with Manager Prod and G.M(Works) regarding of all departments.
