I am fresh graduate of Chemical Engineering from University of the Punjab Lahore. I am young, dynamic, quite creative, and full of energy, structured, efficient and ability to create good relations. I have strong verbal and communication skills, good organizational skills, problem solving skills and ability to work to tight deadlines. I have an outstanding academic record as I scored 3.74 CGPA in Chemical Engineering. I enjoyed in analytical chemistry because it feels me a great. I have spent many hours in analytical chemistry lab to obtain optimum results of experiments. 1 have research skills as I have done report on ‘carbonization of coal’’ and I am very interested in designing of equipment and I have done 2 design projects ‘’Production of Fluconazole (Drug)’’ and ‘‘Hydrodesulphurization of Diesel’’I have good STEM skills, problem solving, conflict management, stress management and analytical skills. I am inclined to perform independently or in a team, according to the environment. Also I am able to work under pressure or in remote location. I enjoyed the challenges and I want to use my theoretical knowledge to real world situations. Besides I have good communication and management skills as I have served in different societies in the university. I am easily adaptable to dynamic environment.
Fauji fertilizer gave me oppotunity to work in a dynamic envoirnment Here I learnt a lot with respect to technical point of view. I got the basic knowledge relevant to
= Ammonia Manufacturing Process
= Urea Manufacturing Process
= Valves selection and Control Loops
= Pumps,Turbines,Valves
= Compressors
= Utilities
Three weeks internship at Askari Cement assisted me to learn about the practical industrial issues and their solutions. This opportunity facilitated me to comprehend the practical techniques and problems of a pharmaceutical industry. Moreover working with experienced engineers and plant operators opened a gateway for me to learn the importance of team work, punctuality and adaptability. As practice, I designed (prototype) their agitated vessel and shell and tube heat exchanger.
It was an extensive opportunity to learn, following were the objectives fulfilled during this summer internship
Implementation of theoretical knowledge of chemical engineering
To get familiar with industrial environment
To learn the standard operating procedures
To learn the importance of HSE, PPE's, MSDS
To learn detailed procedure of spent solvent recovery unit, boiler house operations, and utilities sections
I worked on the following Areas
1-Raw material Conveying And Crushing
2-Raw material Mixing in Proper Composition
3-Raw metrial Grinding And Dust Seperation
4-Coal Testing
5- Coal Grinding And Spraying
6-Kiln And Clinker Formation
7-Cement Mill
8-Packing Plant
Did line tracing of the whole plant and able to understand pulp production and paper production
-Workrd as a Safety Engineer in paper production department and apply 5S Rules to increse production
-Worked as a team player with engineers operators and other Staff.
-Worked on boiler And cooling towers of the plant to increase efficiency with my mentor.
