To plan and implement engineering program, including defining project philosophy, activities and manpower projection as per customer/contract requirements.
Liaison with PM, attending meetings & satisfying quires from Consultant and client.
To monitor day to day progress of work at site prepare and updating PM about project progress.
Assured accuracy and completeness of all shop drawings, files, engineering records, and tasks of assigned projects.
To verify the Sub Contractors work as per the quality norms specified for the project.
Preparation of Monthly and quarterly progress reports.
Instruct CAD operators in all Project related matters and responsible for the checking of all CAD works done.
Familiar to take off quantities from Tender drawings.
Quantities computing from the tender drawings and entering the corresponding items in the BOQ.
Preparation of BOQ if not provided with tender document.
To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and/or instructions of authorized authorities.
Responsible for the safety of all electrical groups personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health and safety standards.

Coordinate details of events such as Student meetings, Blood donating events, Charity Dinners, Cultural Nights, charity events, and Members appreciation events
Calculate budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
Book talent including Musicians and DJ.
Select Catering companies to prepare food for event.
Select food and dishes for event.
Visit venue to plain lay out of seating and decoration.
Coordinate and monitor event timeline and ensure deadlines are met.
Schedule speakers and participants.
Create invite List and Sand out invitation.
Give tasks to each member.
