Check and maintaining optimal stock level to ensure timely availability of products.Study invoices & bills to ensure appropriate order.Acceptance & close control of all incoming goods in respect of volume and quantity.Ensure that all articles reach their place of destination immediately.To keep trace of any short delivery.To record in the receiving record all incoming goods.To check total amount of each section & match the total daily amount with the entire daily PO (purchase order) issued.Upon delivery of goods at the receiving area, to check relevant purchase order(PO) or purchase request request(PR) has been well issued, if not then delivery will be refused.To maintain the receiving area clear and in perfect sanitary condition.Provide accurate, current inventory data for purchasing decision.Maintain inventories at optimal levels to prevent under-or-over investment in inventory.Prepare reports of inventory balance, shortage as required.Corresponds with vendors concerning inquiries about merchandise order.Supervise & coordinate the appropriate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase order, receiving reports, inventory requisition applicable to items maintained.May use computer application such as spread sheet, word processing, & data base software in performance of assigned work.

Generate Daily Purchase Order of vendor and distribute to Supplier for Purchasing.The Suppliers Cheque received from Account and send to Supplier.Maintain Supplier tax Copy and Records etc.Keep Constant Check on Stock Level.Build and Maintain good Relationships With new and existing Suppliers.Check the Margin with Purchase price and Retail price on daily basis.Ensure suppliers are aware of business objectives.Attend meetings and trade conferences.
