Chartered Accountants (a member firm of HLB International). Nature of Functions Performed:
1. Management of Organization Funds.
2. Presentation of Financial status to Directors.
3. Consult with Organization Tax Consultants for all the Tax Matters.
4. Management of Employees Payroll.
5.Cost control of manufacturing unit.
6. Preparation of all financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows, as well as the year-end financial reports.
7. Review revenue and expense account analysis and bank reconciliation and oversee fixed asset management.
8. Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all qualified requests.
9. Approves all journal entries and accruals prepared by general ledger accountants and manage the month end closing.
10. Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning, Developing and managing financial systems/models.
11.Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
12. Supervising staff.
Nature of Functions Performed in Audit & Assurance Services:
• Performing external audit services in accordance with the approved International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) issued by IFAC, International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), Companies Ordinance 1984 and other prevailing laws that are applicable in Pakistan.
• Assisting clients’ management with identifying resolutions to issues that arise due to design and/or operating failure of key controls.
• Guiding audit teams and clients on accounting processes and the related risks.
• Overseeing the daily accounting activities, monitoring the accuracy of general ledgers and trial balance by ensuring completeness of accounting data.
• Understanding of process flow of month-end, quarter-end and year-end balancing and journal entries.
• Preparing annual accounts in accordance with accounting principles and in accordance with agreed internal and external timescales.
• Supporting senior management on ad-hoc management information from time to time.
• Execute a wide variety of audit tests/ procedures and accurately interpret and communicate results.
• Ensure work is competently and efficiently performed in accordance with professional and official standards.
• Analyze Daily / Weekly / Monthly and Yearly financial reports.
• Reporting to Senior Partner/ Director and Manager about the findings identified during the audits.
• Recommendation of new internal control procedures necessary to mitigate the risks faced by the entities.
• Maintaining self-prepared working papers to support the conclusions drawn during the audits.
