Experimental Investigation for Pressure Losses in Additively Manufactured Mini channels:
Investigating pressure losses and discharge coefficient in rectangular additively manufactured geometries with different length to diameter ratios. Emphasize in performing dimensional analysis, data acquisition and mass flow/pressure/temperature measurements. Predicting the flow behavior from the results keeping in mind the manufacturing technique. Results were analyzed using classical
flow theories to see properties like e.g. vena contracta, pressure recovery, friction losses, choking, transition between laminar to turbulent flow. Basic knowledge in additively manufactured parts and properties of concern e.g.(Surface roughness) were obtained as a part of the work.
Modeling and simulating of ORC turbine Stator & Rotor in accordance to the previous work done possibly looking for improvement in the validation study. Modeling profile losses as a function of Stagger Angle, Inlet Angle, Pitch/chord Ratio and outlet Mach number. Conducting parametric study for the geometry .
1)Making of maintenance plans using FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) for Conditional, Preventive and Predictive maintenance to ensuring smooth APL supply chain from terminal & integrity of equipment's.
• Preparation of budget & cost estimation for upcoming major modification on terminal.
• Reviewing of drawings for new projects with respect to maintenance.
• Coordination for procurement of spares for different equipment installed at APL terminals as per demand using ERP.
• Root cause analysis for different issues at terminal, suggestion of their solution and further implementation.
• Coordinator for development of CMMS for terminals.
• Preparation of BOQ’s for Rawalpindi Bulk Oil Terminal.
• Coordination regarding terminal maintenance related bidding and contracting process as per company policies and standards.
• Technical evaluation of bids and recommendation for the award of maintained job.
• Coordination with Inspection Section to ensure Quality of jobs includes testing as per standards (ASME, AWS, API, NFPA, & required Specifications etc)..
• Supervise maintenance of existing Bulk Oil Terminals including storage tanks, pumps, control valves, metering system etc.
• Implementation of preventive maintenance system to minimize the idle time of equipment.
• To ensure safety during maintenance activities.
1)Ensuring system conditional monitoring of various rotary and static equipment installed in the area.
2) Undertaking preventive and corrective maintenance measures for smooth operation of all equipment.
3) Planning, scheduling and budgeting of area maintenance activity.

7) Ensuring smooth maintenance activities of the area through CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system).
8) Preparing reports and returns.
9) Undertaking maintenance, repair and replacement activities while ensuring minimum possible down time.
10) Interaction with foreign and local consultant.
