JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To take an active role in process HSE management and ensure compliance with EMS 14001 and OSHAS 18001 standards.
-Carry out Near Misses/ Accidents investigations, confirm root cause & propose recommendations for improvements.
-Participate in the development and review of Safety & Environment procedures, training programs and conduct internal audits for OSHAS 18001 & EMS 14001.
-Review, maintain and update Risk register and Environmental aspect and impact register and ensure implementation of controls.
-To conduct Safety Gemba on company wide basis to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and report findings to the concerned departmental heads.
-To ensure that heavy lifting equipment’s like Hoists, Fork Lifters, Stackers and cargo lifts are properly inspected on defined period to ascertain their safe working condition.
-To administer all Environmental monitoring’s with coordination of outside lab as defined in Environment Management Plan and to report Environmental parameters to Hino Motors, Limited, Japan.
-To conduct safety, health and environment related trainings and tool box talks.
-Communicate & Report monthly HSE performance to senior management.
PROJECTS:  
-Successful Transition of EMS 14001:2004 standard to EMS 14001:2015 standard.
-To develop Permit to work System through HPML portal.
-Expansion of waste water treatment plant and Installation of Aeration system in the activation tank for effective biological growth
