Human Resource Management:
Manage and operate payroll module of SAP.
• Ensure the policy compliance of Human Resource and proposed any change as per sector practices.
• Lead the process of hiring and shortlisting of required vacancy.
• Ensure timely submission of JPDs and work plan
• Prepare and update management guidelines, policies and procedures
• Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
• Arranging in-house training programs for staff
• Taking annual appraisals by applying 360 feedbacks.
• Arrangement of meetings, with clients, and suppliers.
Administrative Work:
• Call management and record keeping.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing couriers.
• Guest relations.
• Store management including submission of monthly stock report, gate pass reports, PRC merchandize dispatch
report and donation boxes report in out etc.
• Responsible for the in time opening and closing of the office.
• Supervise general office cleaning.
