• Checking daily mails and forwards the mails issued to the concerned.
• Coordinate with bank where needed
• Correspondence with clients as well as with development officers for renewal of policies and outstanding premiums on monthly basis
• Checking of Bordereaux on monthly basis
• Any other task as assigned by Branch Manager.
• Maintaining Claims Records
• Completing kYC / AML requirement of fresh clients
• Handling claims efficiently I;e Fire, Motors, Marine Cargo Claims etc.
