Job Description:
1) Assistant Manager (Distribution): September 2008 - January 2015
Location: Garden Karachi
Responsibilities:
To prepare the System Improvement schemes to reduce overloading of Pole Mounted Transformers & Sub-Stations
To check quality of material against specified parameters and specifications by ISO
Inspected from single core cable to Power transformer against ISO certified standards and procedures
Testing of the Pole Mounted Transformer & Load Balancing
Assessment of the load
To look after the complaint center, detection of technical theft & supervising the staff
To locate the overhead fault (H.T & L.T) & rectify them in minimum time
To look after inventory control and store staff
To analyze the faults and their rectification
Preparation the plans for turnaround/shut down activities
Electrical Faults to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such Faults. Includes carrying out tests on Equipment
Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis
Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the Network by feedback and suggestions from them.
2) Assistant Manager (Customer Services): June 2004 - August 2008
Location: Civic Center Karachi
Responsibilities:
Handle Customer inquiries, complaints, billing Questions and payment extension/service requests
Calm angry Callers, repair Trust, locate Resources for Problem resolution and provide best option for Solutions
Dealt with relevant Customer Queries and Complaints
Produced positive customer feedback after resolved customer complaints
Used the Software Program for updating and reviewing Customer information
