Apart from Enterprise solutions i have good achievements in carrier sector for the installation/configuration of Raisecom Switches as well as deployment of OpNet drop/insert E1 Multiplexers for SNGPL.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure availability of relevant manpower behind all counters i.e. facilitation counter, briefing counters and immigration counters during operations in consultation with CAA staff duty facilitation.
Extend help to needy passenger in processing of travel formalities.
Provide relevant information for guidance and assistance of passengers.
Communication with passengers, meters & greeters and CAA authorities.
Checking all CAA facilities in lounges on regular intervals and reporting unserviceability to the concerned officials.
Keep good liaison with all agencies, airlines and ground handling companies at IIAP.
Monitoring flow of passengers by identifying bottle necks in passenger flow and making efforts to remove those bottle necks.
Completing daily terminal Checks (as assigned)
Crowd Control and queue management.
Responding to general enquiries and flight information.
Handling over of Found property to the terminal manager
Coordination with Public Announcements staff
Administration of Passenger Facilitation Lounge Assistants
Oversight of janitorial services with specific emphasis on toilets/washrooms, prayer area and ablution places.
Take incident Control measures to avoid incident occurrence
Incident reporting to Terminal Manager and Ensure remedial measures as required.
Dealing with difficult or irate customers/travelers.
Must have neat and tidy appearance, honest, dependable, mature and confident.
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
